Another “new“, but this time not a new place, but a new drink – at home. I regularly invite friends over, for a hang out at our terrace or for dinner. Now I found a uncomplicated drink which is easy to make and good to serve on a date with the best friends, as an aperitif followed by a light menu or even at a summer party!
Ingredients: As above – except for the flowers 😉
Per glas: Crushed ice, 100 ml Tonic water, 15 ml Gin, 10 ml Aperol & 1/2 Maracuja
Note: Me and my friends usually don’t like “Aperol Spritz” (way too bitter), but we all loved this combination, maybe because there is just a tiny bit of Aperol inside?
