If you are a Sushi-lover and regularly eating Sushi, then you should visit Kaito. You’ll taste the difference! The fish is of excellent quality and the ingredients of high standard. However, you should plan your visit well, as the prices are matching the quality. In the past Japanese restaurants in Germany were always pricy – but nowadays people are not willing to spend so much anymore, since there are many competing Sushi restaurants since the 00s with low prices but also to the detriment of quality. But as I mentioned, price and quality is matching each other at Kaito. Furthermore you have a good variety of Sake and Shochu and you can of course also order Japanese Beer (which goes well with eating Edamame). Of course the restaurant offers more than Sushi and it would be a good choice to take a menue where you can try more than just Sushi. You will also get the immediate Japanese feeling with waiters serving in traditional Japanese gowns (and shoes!). If you are a bigger group – you should reserve at the Japanese room to get a more authentic feeling while sitting on tatami mats.
